My dear sister,
I confess that I am deeply troubled by the turn of events -have you ever met this man before? Have you done a background check on him? Have you read the book 'Smart Love' by Nancy Van Pelt?
I am not sure that it is possible to 'date' via the web and by telephone in real honesty.
Who has been financing the phonecalls -you or him?
I hope that you know what you are getting yourself into.
If he is unable to financially support both of you (as the head of the home) you will encounter some serious problems.
What is the big rush -I would wait a while.....
Sometimes in our desire to be happy we can end up answering our own prayers.

I have met a man on this website from Nigeria. The Lord is doing a supernatural thing. We are courting via the web and phone. We have allready set a wedding date...however he is unable to come to America since 911, I want to go to Nigeria to have a Nigerian Wedding. I myself am from Haiti, but I have been living in the US for 34 years this August. I need prayer that if it is the Lord's will that we marry on September 1st that he will provide the finances for the trip. I have (by faith) begun to take the shots I will need to travel. I have been shopping for wedding clothes on the internet. Found what we need and waiting on the Lord to provide. I love this man and I truly believe this is a BIG BIG BIG Holy Ghost connection. Please join me in praying about loose ends coming together...but only as God wills not as I will be done.
