I am going back to the pool to start to workout again. It has been almost a year since I was last there. I have been given a 4 month extension because of being ill last year. Please pray that I will be able to do the 3 days a week and then later go to 4 or even 5 days a week. I love the water, but also know that it will take me a while to get myself back into not only shape but healthier and feeling better.
