We were both a little frustrated with dating and decided to give the internet a shot. After searching profiles I decided to write to a man who was local and sounded interesting. My life was at a turning point and so was his. We both wanted someone to share the remaining years with. Being equally yoked was extremely important, as neither of us had experienced that in a relationship. We spoke on the phone a few times and decided to go out to dinner. It was immediately evident that we were going to spend a lot of time together. We started planning our future that very week. We went for a ride in the country and as soon as he stopped the car to look at some wildflowers....I was hooked, and I knew the Father had brought him to me. He enjoyed my sense of humor, kindness and honesty and I enjoyed his, as well. We knew from the beginning that we were soulmates.

We married a few weeks later under the full eclipse of the moon in a pouring rain.....It was and is truly amazing.

This site allowed us to find each other without all of the "traditional dating rituals". Thank you so much.
